How it works

Input

The schedule consultant's periodic (weekly or monthly) reports, which compare the project's actual state with its budget and baseline schedule.

Processing

Extracts the entities in each report and builds a graph per input, organized by project, stored for later analysis.

Output

A report of recommended actions.

Monitoring

Recommended actions are stored and become the project's monitoring baseline; each new report is checked against them (closed loop).
